We’re Back on Our TJ’s High Horse
Shiitake, oyster, and porcini mushrooms, plus a hint of truffle-infused olive oil swirl with salty Parmesan and Gruyère cheeses plus plenty of cream in Trader Joe’s ‘Mushroom Medley’ alfredo sauce. Bursting with umami, this little tub of greatness ensures that just about any pasta dish you make with it goes to 11. Pair it with TJ’s equally-amazing frozen cauliflower gnocchi and you’ll be positively over the moon. This is not a sponsored post (we swear!) we just adore this easy dinner that’s made 100% with ingredients from Trader Joe’s.
How To Make Gnocchi Alfredo with Mushrooms
Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi comes frozen, but is really quick to cook—no defrosting required. This easy cauliflower gnocchi recipe comes together in about ten minutes. Here’s how it works:
- Sauté the mushrooms and the frozen cauliflower gnocchi together in a little olive oil until they're warmed through and both beginning to brown a bit.
- Pour in the sauce! Stir Mushroom Medley Alfredo Sauce, and let the whole pan simmer gently to meld the flavors.
- Eat up! That's it! Dinner is done.
Tools You’ll Need:
- A big skillet.
- A sturdy spoon for stirring.
