Is vodka sauce the best sauce for gnocchi, ever? We kind of think so. Make it yourself and see what you think! Here’s how it’s done:

  1. Dump. Stir together the frozen cauliflower, Trader Joe’s vodka sauce and green beans.
  2. Simmer! Bring the whole pan to a simmer until the gnocchi is warmed through.
  3. Eat. That’s literally all you have to do! Time to dig in.

  • 12 ounces cauliflower gnocchi, we like Trader Joe’s
  • 1 (24-ounce) jar vodka sauce
  • 6 ounces green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, for serving (optional)


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the gnocchi, vodka sauce, and green beans. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the gnocchi and green beans are tender, 6-7 minutes.

  2. Serve topped with red pepper flakes and Parmesan.
