Can you use regular (potato) frozen gnocchi instead of the cauliflower?

    Sure! Hope you enjoy Stephanie!

  • Lauren

I can’t find raw chicken sausage- can I used cooked? How to adapt?

Hi Lauren! You can also just use regular Italian sausage if you can't find chicken Italian sausage.

  • MK

I tried TJ’s cauliflower gnocchi air-fried, pan-fried, boiled (like regular pasta), and oven-roasted but this is hands down the best recipe for it! It’s super easy and quick, and the texture & subtle flavor of the cauliflower gnocchi work perfect in this soup. I’ve made this with regular gnocchi before too, but I found them a little too chewy even after cooking longer. Thank you so much for the great recipe!

Thanks MK, we are so happy you loved it!

  • Maria

This is both the best and easiest thing I’ve ever made. Thank you!

Thanks Maria, so happy to hear that!

  • Alyse

I LOVE this soup. It's so tasty and easy! I make a few mods - I use ground turkey to make my own Italian meat, and I usually add about a cup extra chicken stock to add a little more liquid. But I definitely recommend this recipe.

Thanks Alyse, so glad you love it!

  • Jenn

This is genius! I absolutely love it!
