How to Make (Really) Easy Pear And Burrata Crostini
Preheat the oven to 400°F with a rack in the center position.
Brush the baguette slices with olive oil using a pastry brush. Arrange them on a sheet pan in a single layer. Toast them in the oven until lightly browned on both sides, 10-12 minutes.
Transfer the crostini to a serving platter and arrange in a single layer. Top each crostini with a pear slice, a piece of burrata, and a drizzle of the vinegar and honey. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper. Serve.

Do you drain burrata? Yes! Burrata is stored in brine at the store to keep it fresh and protected. This brine needs to be drained and discarded before using burrata.
Bread can be toasted and stored at room temperature in an airtight container or zip-top bag for up to two days.
