Fresh spinach (we prefer this over frozen spinach, but use what you have on hand.)
Artichoke hearts
Mozzarella cheese
Cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
Mayonnaise
How to Make Hot Spinach And Artichoke Dip
Throw all the ingredients in a bowl (or straight into an ovenproof skillet or 8 x 8-inch baking dish).
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350°F oven.

What to serve with artichoke dip? Sliced crusty bread is our favorite thing to serve with artichoke dip. Carrots, potato chips, tortilla chips, warm pita bread, and pita chips are also good.
Let spinach artichoke dip cool completely before storing in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Leftovers can be frozen for 2-3 months. Thaw in the fridge a day in advance, or in the microwave.
