Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups raw spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- Crostini, crackers or corn chips, for serving
Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F with a rack in the center position.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic, basil, garlic powder, salt, artichoke hearts, spinach, and ½ cup of the mozzarella.
Add the mixture in an even layer to an ovenproof skillet or an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned and is beginning to bubble.
Serve warm or at room temperature with crostini, crackers or corn chips. Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
