Is vodka sauce the best sauce for gnocchi, ever? We kind of think so. Make it yourself and see what you think! Here’s how it’s done: 

  1. Dump. Stir together the frozen cauliflower, Trader Joe’s vodka sauce and green beans. 
  2. Simmer! Bring the whole pan to a simmer until the gnocchi is warmed through. 
  3. Eat. That’s literally all you have to do! Time to dig in.

Vodka Sauce and Green Bean Cauliflower Gnocchi

Serves 2


1 package Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi
1 Jar Trader Joe's Vodka Sauce
6 oz green beans, trimmed and cut into 2" pieces


In a medium sized saucepan add the green beans, cauliflower gnocchi and vodka sauce. Bring the sauce to a simmer and allow to cook until gnocchi is tender. About 6-7 minutes. Serve parmesan cheese and enjoy!
