Herby, buttery, salty bread. Did you just drool? I know I did. These are the things my carb loving dreams are made of and they all come true in this easy Rhodes Rolls hack.

Herby Rhodes Rolls

I like to pretend I’m the mom that makes everything from scratch ALL the TIME, but let’s be real...that’s not me. Despite having these delicious (from scratch) brownies on our blog, I go for the boxed ones 10 times out of 10. Birthday cake? Well, it’s the funfetti box without fail.

So, it shouldn’t surprise you that when it comes to the finishing piece on my holiday table, the bread, I often head to the store.

Are you sensing a theme? Let me spell it out for you. Hi, my name is Natalie and I am NOT a baker. I do love baked goods though, especially bread, and while I’m not willing to slave over my stove for hours, I still want the end results to be delicious.

Enter my favorite Rhodes Rolls hack. They’re the best bread option out there that doesn’t involve more work and effort than I have to give, and everyone in my home are big fans.

What are the best store bought dinner rolls?

There are many brands out there, but for us, Rhodes is where it’s at. You can conveniently purchase this amazing product at just about any grocery store. And I love that they come in large bags, because I am always cooking for a crowd. No, this isn’t a sponsored post. I’m just a huge fan!

How do you make Rhodes Rolls?

Besides simply following the package instructions, here are a few steps we take to make sure our rolls are the BEST bread.

  1. Melt butter, lots of butter.
  2. Chop up all your favorite herbs.
  3. Mince garlic until your kitchen smells like an Italian grandma’s.
  4. Roll the frozen rolls into all of the above things and let them rise in a warm spot.
  5. Bake.
  6. Eat.
  7. Enjoy.

Sounds enough right?
