    Mint Sauce

December 8, 2023 / By Holly Erickson & Natalie Mortimer

Mint sauce is fresh, in a balanced sweet and acidic way. We use it to accompany lamb dishes, but any roast meat or meatballs would benefit from a light drizzle.

    Recipe For Homemade Mint Sauce

We encourage you to make your own dressings at home, because you can control the salt levels and they don’t contain any sneaky preservatives. This fresh mint sauce has simple ingredients and takes just a few moments to prepare. If you’re a fan of our Chimichurri, this is a nice way to change the flavor profile of your dish. We serve it with our Rack of Lamb, Lamb Chops, and Prime Rib. If you have leftover mint sauce, you can stir it into Tzatziki to serve with our Mediterranean Meatballs.
