How can you make the recipe for 2 packets?

We'd still just make the same amount of sauce. Probably easier to have it a bit more saucy than cut the recipe by 1/3.

  • Valerie

Can this recipe forego the chili sauce and be as good?

It's a lot more flavorful with it. We honestly haven't tried it without to say for certain.

  • Minh

I would like this recipe for 12 servings. What are the recommended adjusted ingredients?

This recipe serves 4 so I would triple all the ingredients. You will need a much larger skillet or I would recommend making it all in a few different large skillets.

  • Farah

Can frozen veggies be incorporated into this?

    Sure!

  • Anne

How long would the sauce last in the refrigerator?

    Probably about 4-5 days.

  • Jenevieve

The first time I made this, I was scrolling for a quick and easy pantry dinner to feed the kids. This was absolutely perfect and my kids love it! I like to toss in some roasted veggies at the end. It's weeknight perfection!

Thanks Jenevieve, so glad your family loved it!

  • Christene

Made the recipe exactly as written - it's a winner. I think, like other reviewers, that I might make some personal preference adjustments (maybe add some veggies, try to find healthier noodles etc) but I appreciate that your recipes are so well written, so tasty and DIFFERENT!

This is a great recipe to get on the table fast and limited ingredients.

Thanks Christene, so happy you loved it!

I loved it. I picked a site that was supposed to have 60 chicken breast recipes and I kept scrolling and ended up here but no chicken. I made the sauce exactly as directed using chili crisp. I got a small pan and put 4 Tbs of the sauce and about a teaspoon of toasted sesame oil and cut up 1 1/2 chicken breasts and cooked it in that. I added it to the sause after the garlic & ginger were cooked and it turned out delicious... Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks Kate! We are so glad you loved it! We do have a 60 best chicken breasts post if you want to check that out as well. Or just type "Chicken" in the search bar on our site and we have SO MANY.

Fantastic quick whip-together dinner ready in a flash. Sauce is excellent. I definitely recommend adding lots of goodies to it. We add at least one bag of frozen stir fry vegetables (sauté with the ginger and garlic) and add a runny fried egg crispy around the edges.
And of course go to town with sriracha or more of the chili sauce.
Oh and the low sodium soy sauce is a must. I accidentally made with the heavy stuff once and it was salllllllty.
Thanks MP for another great dinner staple.

Thanks Matt, we are so glad you loved it!
