White Chocolate Chai Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) bags white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- Leaves from 1 black tea bag, about 1 teaspoon
Method
Line an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan set over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips, butter and condensed milk. Cook, stirring, until the white chocolate chips are melted and smooth, about 6 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the vanilla, cinnamon, salt, cardamom, ginger, cloves and tea leaves. Stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Chill in the refrigerator until the fudge is set, at least 60 minutes.
Cut the fudge into bite size squares and serve or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week.
