Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces feta, crumbled
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (from one lemon)
- Fresh parsley, minced, for garnish (optional)
- Fresh dill, minced, for garnish (optional)
- Chives, minced, for garnish (optional)
- Chili flakes, for garnish (optional)
- Flaky salt, for garnish (optional)
For Serving
- Raw carrots
- Raw cucumbers, sliced
- Raw bell peppers, sliced
- Grilled cauliflower
- Grilled zucchini
- Grilled broccolini
- Pita bread, cut into wedges and toasted
Method
In the base of a blender or food processor, combine the feta, yogurt, garlic, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dill, basil, oregano, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Garnish with herbs, chili flakes, and flaky salt if using. Serve with vegetables and pita bread on the side.
