Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice (from 3 to 4 lemons)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Method
In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, ⅔ cup water, and salt. If the sauce is too thick, add more water or lemon juice 1 tablespoon at a time. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Note: Ingredients might look like they are separating before coming together, continue whisking until smooth.
