Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed or minced
Method
To the base of a blender or food processor, add the tahini, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, sesame oil, honey, ginger powder, garlic, and ¼ cup water. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
