Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 15 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed out (see Note)
- ¼ cup minced chives, plus more for garnish
- Carrot and celery sticks, for serving
- Blue corn tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
- French bread, baguette or focaccia, for serving
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, mustard, worcestershire, spinach, and chives.
- Sprinkle with chives.
- Serve with carrot and celery sticks and tortilla chips, crackers or bread.
Notes
It’s important to remove as much liquid from the thawed spinach as possible! Place it on a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much as you can over the sink.
