Rosé Sangria

Ingredients
- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry rosé
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups club soda, (or grapefruit flavored Lacroix)
- 1 cup triple sec
- 1 cup gin
- 1 -2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, (from 2 limes)
- 2 -3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, (from 2 lemons)
- ½ cup fresh grapefruit juice, (from 2 grapefruit)
- 3 cups sliced citrus, (we like oranges, limes, kumquats and grapefruit)
Method
In a large pitcher, combine the rosé, sugar, club soda, triple sec, gin, lime juice, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and citrus slices and stir until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve over crushed ice in sugar-rimmed glasses.
Note: Can be made 1 day ahead, cover and place in the refrigerator. Add the soda water right before serving.
