  • Cook Time:  0 min

Ingredients

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle dry rosé
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups club soda, (or grapefruit flavored Lacroix)
  • 1 cup triple sec
  • 1 cup gin
  • 1 -2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, (from 2 limes)
  • 2 -3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, (from 2 lemons)
  • ½ cup fresh grapefruit juice, (from 2 grapefruit)
  • 3 cups sliced citrus, (we like oranges, limes, kumquats and grapefruit)

Method

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the rosé, sugar, club soda, triple sec, gin, lime juice, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and citrus slices and stir until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Chill until ready to serve.

  2. Serve over crushed ice in sugar-rimmed glasses.

Note: Can be made 1 day ahead, cover and place in the refrigerator. Add the soda water right before serving.
