Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1½-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Add the sweet potatoes to a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder and salt. Toss to coat.
Roast until browned and tender, 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with freshly cracked pepper to taste.
