Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl toss cauliflower with olive and and arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet, sprinkle cauliflower with spices, distributing evenly.
- Set baking sheet on center rack and roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and flip cauliflower. Cook for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roast in oven for another 5 minutes and serve hot!
