Perfect Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F with a rack in the center position.
  2. Place the broccoli on a rimmed sheet pan and toss with the olive oil and salt.
  3. Roast until the broccoli is tender and the edges begin to brown and crisp, about 30 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Notes

To reheat it, simply add it to a dry skillet and cook over medium heat until warmed and the edges are crispy!
