Perfectly Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt (or more to taste)
  • freshly cracked black pepper, optional

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the broccoli into bite sized florets.
  3. Place the broccoli on a large rimmed baking sheet, toss with salt and oil.
  4. Roast in the oven on the center rack until the edges begin to crisp and the broccoli is tender, about 30 minutes.

* One of our favorite things about this roasted broccoli is that it can be made in large batches and used throughout the week! When you want to re-serve it, simply toss it in a hot dry skillet and cook over medium heat until it is warmed through and the edges crisp back up!
