Perfectly Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 400°F with a rack in the center position.
Place the broccoli on a rimmed sheet pan and toss with the salt and olive oil.
Roast until the broccoli is tender and the edges begin to brown and crisp, about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Note: One of our favorite things about this roasted broccoli is that it can be made in large batches and used throughout the week! When you’re ready to reheat it, simply add it to a dry skillet and cook over medium heat until warmed and the edges are crispy!
