Perfect Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F with a rack in the center position.
- On a rimmed sheet pan, toss the broccoli with the olive oil and salt, making sure the florets are in a single layer and not overcrowded.
- Roast until the broccoli is tender and the edges are golden brown and crispy, about 30 minutes.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
To reheat it, simply add it to a dry skillet and cook over medium heat until warmed and the edges are crispy!
