Perfect Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F with a rack in the center position.
- Place the broccoli on a rimmed sheet pan and toss with the olive oil and salt.
- Roast until the broccoli is tender and the edges begin to brown and crisp, about 30 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Notes
To reheat it, simply add it to a dry skillet and cook over medium heat until warmed and the edges are crispy!
