Perfect Quinoa

Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 2 cups water
Method
In a small saucepan, set over high heat, combine the quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the water is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat, allow the quinoa to steam, covered, for another 5 minutes.
Gently fluff with a fork.
