Perfect Guacamole

Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
- ¼ cup finely minced red onion
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- Corn tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
Method
Place the avocados in a medium bowl. Using a fork, smash the avocados to your preference.
Stir in the garlic, pepper, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt until incorporated.
Serve with tortilla chips, if using.
