chicken stock

olive oil

sea salt

couscous
Method
- In a medium pot, bring the chicken stock, olive oil and salt to a boil over high heat.
- Turn off the heat, pour in the couscous and put a lid on the pot. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Remove lid and fluff with a fork.
