Overnight Oats

Three jars of overnight oats with various toppings: fruit, chia seeds, jam and coconut. Quick and easy make ahead breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • Pinch of sea salt, (optional)

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder, (vanilla or chocolate)
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh fruit, (diced peaches, frozen cherries or fresh berries)
  • 2 tablespoons jam, (raspberry or mixed berry)
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
