Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • Pinch of sea salt, (optional)

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder, (we like vanilla or chocolate)
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh fruit, (we like diced peaches, frozen cherries or fresh berries)
  • 2 tablespoons jam, (we like raspberry or mixed berry)
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Method

  1. In a 12 ounce glass jar, combine the oats, coconut milk, salt and any of the desired mix-ins. Seal tightly with a lid and shake until well-combined.
  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
