Ingredients

old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup
coconut milk

Pinch of sea salt, (optional)
Optional Add-Ins

1 tablespoon
chia seeds

1 tablespoon
protein powder, (we like vanilla or chocolate)

¼ cup
yogurt

½ cup
fresh fruit, (we like diced peaches, frozen cherries or fresh berries)

2 tablespoons
jam, (we like raspberry or mixed berry)

¼ cup
shredded coconut

1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

1 teaspoon
maple syrup
Method

In a 12 ounce glass jar, combine the oats, coconut milk, salt and any of the desired mix-ins. Seal tightly with a lid and shake until well-combined.

Place in the refrigerator overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
