  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅓ cup (2.33 ounces) granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup (2.66 ounces) light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (from 2 lemons) (see Note)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon zest (from 4 lemons) (see Note)
  • 2 large eggs
