Ingredients

fresh ginger, thinly sliced

fresh lime juice

vodka

good-quality ginger beer
Method
- In a copper mug or glass, muddle the ginger with the lime juice until crushed and fragrant.
- Add vodka and enough crushed ice to fill the glass. Top with ginger beer. Stir and, if you'd like to, garnish with fresh mint or candied ginger.
