Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 large mangos, peeled, pitted and diced (about 2 cups)
- ½ small red onion, minced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, halved, seeded, and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Chili powder or hot sauce, to taste (optional)
- Sea salt to taste
- Light or dark brown sugar, to taste
Method
In a medium bowl, combine the mango, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice.
Add chili powder, sea salt, and sugar as desired. Stir to combine well.
Taste and adjust the flavors as needed.
Note: Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week.
