Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 large mangos, peeled, pitted and diced (about 2 cups)
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, halved, seeded, and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, (from 1 lime), plus more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder or hot sauce, plus more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar, plus more to taste
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine the mango, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, chili powder, sea salt, and sugar. Toss until evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Note: Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week.
