1 (14 ounce) can
sweetened condensed milk

1 cup
Irish whiskey, such as Jameson

1 tablespoon
chocolate syrup

1 tablespoon
vanilla extract

1 teaspoon
instant coffee grounds

1 tablespoon
coconut cream

1 cup
heavy cream
Method

In a blender combine the sweetened condensed milk, whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla, coffee and coconut cream and blend for one minute.

After the mixture is smooth, add heavy cream and pulse until combined.

Transfer the Irish cream to a container or glass bottle with an airtight lid and store refrigerated for up to 6 weeks. Shake well before using.
