Cold Brew Coffee made in Oxo's Cold Brew Coffee Maker
2 cups
ice
1 tablespoon
MCT oil
1 (13.5 ounce) can
coconut milk, shaken
2 tablespoons
grass fed butter
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
½ teaspoon
ground cinnamon
pinch of
sea salt
Method
Add the coffee concentrate, ice, oil, coconut milk, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt to a blender.
Blend on high until fully combined.
Note: Fats turn into solids when blended with ice. This drink tends to separate after a few minutes and should be enjoyed immediately after making. Stir often and enjoy!
