How to Cook Bacon in the Oven

Ingredients
- 8 ounces thick cut bacon
Method
- Arrange the bacon on a large, parchment (or foil) lined, rimmed sheet pan close together, but not touching.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven on the center rack and turn the oven to 400°F.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until it's reached your desired level of crispiness.
- Transfer the bacon to a paper towel lined plate.
