  • ¼ cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 3 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar, (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
