Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt, more to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs`
Method
Preheat the grill to high heat.
In a large bowl combine the brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper and the olive oil. Add in chicken thighs and toss until coated. Cover and set aside.
Reduce heat on grill to low and add the chicken. Cook undisturbed until slightly charred, about 5 minutes. Flip the chicken over and continue cooking until the other side is charred, about 5 minutes longer. Continue flipping until the chicken reaches 165°F on an instant read thermometer, about 5-7 more minutes. Remove from the grill and arrange on a large platter.
