Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, mint, garlic, olive oil, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper until thoroughly combined.

  2. Store refrigerated in an air-tight container for 1 day. Bring to room temperature before serving.
