Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Method
In a small bowl, combine the parsley, mint, garlic, olive oil, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper until thoroughly combined.
Store refrigerated in an air-tight container for 1 day. Bring to room temperature before serving.
