simple syrup

2 oz
fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

2 oz
pisco
-
2-3 dashes
orange bitters
-
pansy flowers (optional...and yes, they are edible)
Method
- Combine egg white, simple syrup, grapefruit juice and pisco in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- With lid tightly secured, shake vigorously up and down for 30 seconds.
- Pour cocktail through a strainer into a cocktail glass and top with 2-3 dashes of orange bitters and garnish with pansy flowers.
