Garlicky Beans with Lemon, Dill and Trout

Ingredients

  • 13.5 ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 4 ounce can tinned smoked trout, drained

Method

In a small skillet over medium-high heat, combine the white beans, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, garlic and dill. Cook, stirring often, heat until garlic fragrant and sizzling, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and top with smoked trout.
