Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, from one lemon
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Method
In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and olive oil.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
