Ingredients

  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • ½ cup coconut flakes, (optional)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vegetable or coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla or almond extract
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Optional Add-Ins (optional)

  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup chopped dried fruit
