Crock-Pot Taco Meat

- Cook Time: 2 hrs
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) tub red salsa (preferably from the refrigerated section)
- 1 lbs ground beef lean, 90/10
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning (1-2 packets)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a Crock-Pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
*If you’re able to, stir the meat every few hours, draining off any liquid into a heat-proof container. Allow the discarded liquid to cool before throwing it away in the garbage.
**Serve meat with your favorite taco or salad fixings
Instant Pot:
Add all ingredients to pressure cooker and mix up as best as you can. Seal lid and set to pressure cook high for 10 minutes. Allow vent to slow release for 20 minutes. Once meat is finished cooking, drain off any liquid into a heat-proof container. Note: This liquid has some fat in it, so do not pour down a garbage disposal.
