Creamy Polenta Recipe

Ingredients
- 3½ cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 1½ cups whole milk
- 1 cup stone ground polenta or yellow cornmeal
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Method
Bring the chicken stock and milk to a boil in a medium pot over medium-high heat.
Add the polenta, stir to combine, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring often, until tender and creamy, 30-40 minutes.
Stir in the butter, parmesan, salt, and pepper until combined. Serve warm.
