In a food processor, blend feta with the olive oil, until smooth.

Spread the feta mixture on a medium-sized plate, or on the toast if using.

Top with roasted red peppers, tinned fish, and parsley. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
