                        feta cheese

                    2 tablespoons
                
                        extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling

                    2 slices
                
                        bread, toasted (optional)

                        jarred roasted red peppers, drained

                        tinned fish, such as octopus or trout

                        fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

            In a food processor, blend feta with the olive oil, until smooth.

            Spread the feta mixture on a medium-sized plate, or on the toast if using.
