1 cup
chopped leftover roasted vegetables, such as broccoli or Brussels sprouts
½ teaspoon
freshly cracked black pepper
½ cup
Caesar dressing, store-bought or homemade
1 ½ pounds
pizza dough
Flour, for sprinkling
1
large egg, beaten
Method
Preheat the oven to 400°F with a rack in the center position. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, bacon, green onions, cream cheese, mozzarella, ½ cup of the parmesan cheese, vegetables, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of the Caesar dressing.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a 5 x 9-inch rectangle, about ¼-inch thick. Brush the inside of the dough rectangles with the remaining Caesar dressing, leaving a 1-inch border. Evenly divide the filling between the dough rectangles. Spread the filling out in an even layer, taking care to keep the 1-inch border.
Working with one dough rectangle at a time, carefully lift the long-side closest to you up and over the filling. Fold both short sides in and pinch all of the seams to seal. Transfer the rolls to the prepared baking sheet, seam-sides down. Brush all over with the egg and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
