Cheesy Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cornmeal
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
In a large bowl whisk the flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder until combined.
Add butter, eggs, creamed corn, whole corn, sour cream and cheese. Stir until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake on center rack until set in the center and lightly browned on the edges, about 35-40 minutes.
Serve warm.
