Balsamic Vinaigrette

stone-ground mustard

honey

white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons
white balsamic vinegar

extra-virgin olive oil

medium shallot, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
½ teaspoon
sea salt
½ teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Method
Make the vinaigrette. In a small bowl, whisk together the stone-ground mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, shallot, salt, and pepper, until emulsified.
In a large bowl, toss together the arugula, berries and half of the dressing. Transfer the salad to a large platter or large salad bowl.
Top the salad with the burrata and pistachios then drizzle with desired amount of the remaining dressing.
