Burger Sauce

Homemade burger sauce made with mayo, ketchup, spices, lime juice & pickle juice, in a jar next to a spoon full of sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup good quality mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice, from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl, whisk until smooth.

  2. Use immediately or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Note: Makes 1 ⅓ cups
