large tomatoes, such as Roma, beefsteak, or heirloom, sliced into ½-inch thick rounds
Method
Spread the mayonnaise on all 8 slices of toasted bread.
On 4 slices of the toast, place a lettuce leaf or two. Add the tomato slices on top of the lettuce. Place 2 slices of cooked bacon on top of the tomatoes.
Top with the remaining 4 slices of toast, mayonnaise side down.
