Bisquick Sausage Balls

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork sausage, at room temperature
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cups whole milk
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F with a rack in the center of the oven. Line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, Bisquick, cheddar, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and milk. Mix well. If the mixture seems dry, keep mixing until it comes together.
- With wet hands, form 35 balls, about 1½ tablespoons each, and place on the prepared sheet pan. Bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
Notes
If using gluten-free Bisquick, the mixture will be less sticky.
