Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ small shallot, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Method
In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar, olive oil, shallot, salt, and pepper until emulsified. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Note: You can also add the ingredients to a small jar with a tight fitting lid and shake until emulsified.
