Ingredients

  • 1 pound mostaccioli
  • ½ pound ground Italian sausage
  • ½ pound 90/10 ground beef
  • 1 cup diced yellow onion, (1 medium onion)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 (24 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • Minced fresh parsley, for serving
