Baked Coconut Shrimp

  • 1 cup super fine, blanched almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1½ pound large, tail-on raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sambal oelek or other chili paste
