Baileys Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 6 oz. package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 stick Simple Truth Organic Butter, melted
  • ¾ cup water, room temp
  • ¼ cup Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ¼ cup Baileys

Baileys Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Baileys

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix cake ingredients together with electric mixer for about 4 minutes, just until the lumps are gone, but taking care not to beat in too much air.
  3. Grease a bundt cake pan with cooking spray or melted butter. Pour cake mixture in.
  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. (Until knife inserted comes out clean)
  5. Combine ingredients for glaze to dissolve sugar. Set aside.
  6. Remove cake from oven and let cool in pan for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and poke holes in top and sides with fork.
  8. Drizzle glaze over tops and sides.
  9. Let cool for at least another 20 minutes before serving.
