yellow cake mix

6 oz. package
instant chocolate pudding mix

Jameson Irish Whiskey

Method
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix cake ingredients together with electric mixer for about 4 minutes, just until the lumps are gone, but taking care not to beat in too much air.
- Grease a bundt cake pan with cooking spray or melted butter. Pour cake mixture in.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. (Until knife inserted comes out clean)
- Combine ingredients for glaze to dissolve sugar. Set aside.
- Remove cake from oven and let cool in pan for 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan and poke holes in top and sides with fork.
- Drizzle glaze over tops and sides.
- Let cool for at least another 20 minutes before serving.
