Baileys Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients
Bundt Cake
- 1 (15 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (6-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 stick salted butter, melted
- ¾ cup water, room temp
- ¼ cup Jameson Irish whiskey
- ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
- Cooking spray
Baileys Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F with a rack in the center position. Grease a (10-12 cup) bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, add the cake mix, pudding mix, sugar, eggs, oil, butter, water, Jameson, and Baileys and mix with an electric mixer just until the lumps are gone, about 2 minutes.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake until a knife inserted comes out clean, about 50-60 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the Bailey’s glaze. In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and the Baileys. Mix until smooth.
Remove the cake from the oven and let cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
Remove the cake from the pan and place it on a plate or cake stand. Using a skewer or chopstick, poke several holes in the top of the cake. Drizzle the glaze over the top and sides.
Let cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
