large avocados, pitted and diced
1 pound
tomatoes, seeded and diced (we like Roma)
⅓ cup
finely diced red onion

jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
⅓ cup
chopped fresh cilantro
1½ tablespoons
fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)

garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon
sea salt, plus more to taste
¼ teaspoon
freshly cracked black pepper
¼ teaspoon
chili powder
¼ teaspoon
cumin
¼ teaspoon
garlic powder
¼ teaspoon
sugar (optional)
Corn tortilla chips, for serving
Method
In a large bowl, combine the avocados, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and sugar if using. Toss until evenly distributed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips on the side.
